Hiding Spot

During a scouting trip for elk, I was walking along the edge of the forest looking for signs of elk. I came across this makeshift 'hunters hiding spot'.

I walked farther back in the trees and came across this......at the hands of nature? or man?




Walking a little farther in brought me to a place where the sky was showing more through a clearing. I heard a noise, which was unfamiliar and I instantly thought 'bear', so I retreated and headed back to the edge of the forest.

We love four-wheeling and hiking and we are always coming across beautiful little streams like this one. If you look close enough you can see something 'white' on the other side of the stream....
